Democratizing digital transformation
I used to think digital transformation was just about IT teams replacing old technology with new technology. But it wasn’t until I read this HBR article that I realized how democratic this process has to be: The Essential Components of Digital Transformation.
I'm sure there are some learnings here for those promoting data-driven culture in their businesses. If every employee has a role to play in digital transformation, they surely all need to understand the data and technical platforms they work with. What does everyone think?
